500grm turkey mince
2 spring onions chopped
2 minced garlic crushed or minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 handful chopped fresh coriander
1 tbsp. rapeseed oil
Pinch of Salt & Pepper.


1. In a large bowl, mix together the turkey mince, onion, garlic, cumin, and coriander
with a little salt and pepper. Combine well with your hands, then shape into 4 flat
burger patties.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat, then cook the burgers for 5 mins each
side or until cooked through.

We used baby gem lettuce, sliced tomato, mayo & sriracha sauce for our burgers.
