Workshop Overview Category: In-person Duration: 4 days Cuisine type: Varied (international) Class type: Teens Age range: 12–16 Skill level: No cookery experience required Important information: This class is not suitable for those who are intolerant or allergic to wheat or gluten. ——— How the Class Works Each day follows a clear, structured format: • Participants watch a short demonstration • Teens prepare their dishes using the skills learned, working with our pop-up cooking equipment • Everyone enjoys the meal together • Clean down and prepare for home time This structure helps build confidence, independence, and good kitchen habits in a real kitchen environment. ——— Menu for the Week Sample menu | subject to some changes Day 1 | Italy • Handmade pasta dough A practical introduction to crafting fresh pasta from scratch, including ingredients, mixing, kneading, resting, rolling, shaping, cutting, cooking, and serving • Handmade ravioli with tomato & garlic sauce and crispy salami • Mango sorbet Day 2 — Japan • Steamed gyoza dumplings • Teriyaki Japanese rice bowl Day 3 | France • Assorted crêpes with various fillings • Poulet farci (chicken roulade) • Pommes Anna | thinly sliced potatoes layered with butter and baked until crisp on the outside with a soft centre Day 4 | Pizza • Pizza dough and fresh tomato sauce • Our signature bake Churros with chocolate sauce ! Dietary Requirements All recipes can be adapted to suit your teen’s dietary requirements. The same dishes will be prepared, with adaptations made where necessary. Cancellation Policy
Another Fine Mess – Terms & Conditions 1. Definitions “We”, “us”, “our” = Another Fine Mess Cooking Camp & Workshops. “You”, “your” = the person making the booking. For under-18s, this means the parent/guardian who submits the booking. “Participant” = the person attending the workshop or camp (if under 18, includes their parent/guardian as applicable). 2. Booking & Payment A booking is only confirmed once we have received full payment and a completed registration form. Please check your confirmation invoice immediately. Any errors must be reported within 2 days of receipt. After this, we will try to help, but any costs fall to you unless the error was ours. 3. Cancellations & Changes by Us Itineraries and menus are subject to change and are guides only. Flexibility is required. We will not cancel less than 10 days before an event, unless due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, industrial action, venue loss, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics). If we cancel and cannot offer an alternative, you will receive a full refund. Low enrolment: We require a minimum number of participants to run. If numbers are not met, we may cancel or consolidate the session. If no alternative is offered, a full refund will be issued. 4. Cancellations & Changes by You All changes/cancellations must be requested by email. Refunds: 14+ days before event: Full refund. Within 14 days: 75% non-refundable. Within 72 hours: No refund. After event starts: No refund. Medical cancellations: Full refund with doctor’s note within 3 days; after that, 50%. Covid-related cancellations: No refund within 72h unless we can fill your place. If filled, we will refund you. 5. Participant Responsibilities Adults: Participants must follow staff instructions, respect the space, and behave safely. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund. Under-18s (extra conditions): A completed consent form must be provided. Parents/guardians must be available to collect within 1 hour in case of illness, injury, or behavioural issue. Participants are expected to respect staff, peers, and facilities at all times. Camp hours are strictly 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Mon–Thu. We are not responsible for children outside these hours. 6. Liability We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. weather, strikes, technical failures, pandemics). We will take reasonable care, but you attend at your own risk.
