Category: In-person- Duration: 4hrs Class type: Adults Age minimum: 17yrs Cooking shouldn’t feel like a slog – it should feel good. Healthy Batches is all about making food you’ll actually be excited to eat during the week. Think bold flavours, smart prep, and a freezer full of dishes that taste just as good on a Wednesday night as they do fresh from the oven. You’ll get hands-on,cooking recipes designed for real life: the kind of meals you want waiting when you get home late, need a quick lunch, or just want something hearty without the faff. We’ll start with a couple of base sauces, then spin them into multiple dishes you can batch, freeze, and flex to fit your week. We’ll also show you how to take one dish and turn it into many, a rich ragù that becomes lasagne or stuffed peppers, or a curry base that shifts between spiced chicken, chickpeas, or veggies. Once you know how to flex recipes this way, your weekly cooking gets easier, more creative, and a lot more fun. And because cooking is better together, this workshop is a chance to hang out, enjoy the process with others, maybe share a glass of wine, and cook along to music. Meal prep becomes less of a chore and more of an experience. We’ll provide all the ingredients, take care of the washing up, and serve you a freshly prepared lunch. Cancellation Policy

Another Fine Mess – Terms & Conditions 1. Definitions “We”, “us”, “our” = Another Fine Mess Cooking Camp & Workshops. “You”, “your” = the person making the booking. For under-18s, this means the parent/guardian who submits the booking. “Participant” = the person attending the workshop or camp (if under 18, includes their parent/guardian as applicable). 2. Booking & Payment A booking is only confirmed once we have received full payment and a completed registration form. Please check your confirmation invoice immediately. Any errors must be reported within 2 days of receipt. After this, we will try to help, but any costs fall to you unless the error was ours. 3. Cancellations & Changes by Us Itineraries and menus are subject to change and are guides only. Flexibility is required. We will not cancel less than 10 days before an event, unless due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, industrial action, venue loss, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics). If we cancel and cannot offer an alternative, you will receive a full refund. Low enrolment: We require a minimum number of participants to run. If numbers are not met, we may cancel or consolidate the session. If no alternative is offered, a full refund will be issued. 4. Cancellations & Changes by You All changes/cancellations must be requested by email. Refunds: 14+ days before event: Full refund. Within 14 days: 75% non-refundable. Within 72 hours: No refund. After event starts: No refund. Medical cancellations: Full refund with doctor’s note within 3 days; after that, 50%. Covid-related cancellations: No refund within 72h unless we can fill your place. If filled, we will refund you. 5. Participant Responsibilities Adults: Participants must follow staff instructions, respect the space, and behave safely. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund. Under-18s (extra conditions): A completed consent form must be provided. Parents/guardians must be available to collect within 1 hour in case of illness, injury, or behavioural issue. Participants are expected to respect staff, peers, and facilities at all times. Camp hours are strictly 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Mon–Thu. We are not responsible for children outside these hours. 6. Liability We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. weather, strikes, technical failures, pandemics). We will take reasonable care, but you attend at your own risk.
