Join us for a hands-on cooking experience, where you’ll master classic Korean street food dishes while enjoying the vibrant, social spirit of Korean cuisine. And yes get your soju ready! 🍶🔥 We will guide you through every step, from perfecting crispy fried chicken to fermenting your own homemade kimchi to take home! What You’ll Learn & Cook: 🥘 Bibimbap – The ultimate Korean rice bowl, topped with a colorful mix of fresh and sautéed vegetables, marinated beef, crispy egg, and spicy gochujang sauce. 🍗 Crispy Korean Fried Chicken – Master the secret to extra-crunchy, double-fried chicken, coated in an addictive Korean glaze with just the right balance of heat and sweetness. 🥬 Homemade Kimchi – Learn the art of making traditional fermented kimchi, packed with bold flavors. Plus, take home your own jar to ferment and enjoy later! This is a BYOB event We will have complimentary soju for you to try on the day - Korean soju is a clear distilled liquor traditionally made from rice, wheat, or barley, now also crafted with sweet potato or tapioca. With a mild ABV and a clean finish, it's perfect for sipping, pairing with Korean BBQ, or mixing into cocktails! Sample menu - subject to some changes.

Cancellation Policy

Another Fine Mess – Terms & Conditions 1. Definitions “We”, “us” and “our” means Another Fine Mess Cooking Camps & Workshops. “You” and “your” means the person making the booking. For bookings involving a participant under 18, this means the parent or guardian making the booking. “Participant” means the person attending the workshop or camp. 2. Booking & Payment A booking is confirmed once we have received full payment and any required registration or consent forms. Please check your booking confirmation when you receive it and let us know as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. Bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions. 3. Cancellations & Changes by Us Workshop menus, recipes and schedules may occasionally need to change. Where necessary, we may make reasonable substitutions or adjustments while maintaining the overall nature of the workshop. Low Enrolment All workshops and camps are subject to minimum enrolment. Where sufficient numbers have not been reached, Another Fine Mess reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or consolidate a session with another available date. We will normally make a decision regarding low enrolment no later than 7 days before the scheduled event. If we cancel an event, customers will be offered either: a transfer to another available workshop or camp; or a full refund of the amount paid. We may also need to cancel or reschedule an event at shorter notice because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue loss, utility failure, public-health restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances that make it unsafe or impractical to proceed. Where we cancel an event, we will contact affected customers as soon as reasonably possible. 4. Cancellations & Changes by You All cancellation or transfer requests must be made by email. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, the following cancellation policy applies: 14 days or more before the event: Full refund. Less than 14 days but more than 72 hours before the event: 25% refund of the booking price. Within 72 hours of the event: No refund. After the event has started or for non-attendance: No refund. Where possible, you may transfer your place to another person at no additional charge, provided you notify us in advance and the replacement participant meets any applicable age, dietary, safety or participation requirements. Any transfer to another workshop date is at our discretion and subject to availab
