Three days of cooking, baking and Halloween fun during the October mid-term break. Designed especially for ages 12–16, this hands-on camp gives teens the chance to build real kitchen skills while making food they’ll actually want to eat. Across three days, they’ll cook a mix of savoury favourites, homemade bakes and Halloween treats, learning everything from dough-making and knife skills to pastry, sauces and baking. Each day includes a short demonstration, plenty of hands-on cooking and time to sit down and enjoy what we’ve made together. What We’ll Be Making Day 1 : Halloween Party Kitchen Homemade sausage rolls Loaded potato skins Caramel apples Chocolate Halloween brownies Day 2 : Ultimate Comfort Food Crispy seasoned potato wedges Homemade garlic dip Pizza from scratch Day 3 : Pasta & Halloween Showstopper Fresh pasta made from scratch Creamy tomato and Parmesan sauce Homemade garlic bread What Teens Will Learn Across the three days, participants will learn practical skills including: Knife skills and kitchen safety Making dough and fresh pasta Pastry and baking techniques Sauces, seasoning and flavour Cooking meat safely Timing and organising a meal Presentation and decorating No previous cooking experience is needed. The emphasis is on getting stuck in, learning useful skills, trying new things and having fun in the kitchen. All ingredients, equipment and lunch each day are included. Places are limited.

Another Fine Mess – Terms & Conditions 1. Definitions “We”, “us” and “our” means Another Fine Mess Cooking Camps & Workshops. “You” and “your” means the person making the booking. For bookings involving a participant under 18, this means the parent or guardian making the booking. “Participant” means the person attending the workshop or camp. 2. Booking & Payment A booking is confirmed once we have received full payment and any required registration or consent forms. Please check your booking confirmation when you receive it and let us know as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. Bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions. 3. Cancellations & Changes by Us Workshop menus, recipes and schedules may occasionally need to change. Where necessary, we may make reasonable substitutions or adjustments while maintaining the overall nature of the workshop. Low Enrolment All workshops and camps are subject to minimum enrolment. Where sufficient numbers have not been reached, Another Fine Mess reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or consolidate a session with another available date. We will normally make a decision regarding low enrolment no later than 7 days before the scheduled event. If we cancel an event, customers will be offered either: a transfer to another available workshop or camp; or a full refund of the amount paid. We may also need to cancel or reschedule an event at shorter notice because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue loss, utility failure, public-health restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances that make it unsafe or impractical to proceed. Where we cancel an event, we will contact affected customers as soon as reasonably possible. 4. Cancellations & Changes by You All cancellation or transfer requests must be made by email. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, the following cancellation policy applies: 14 days or more before the event: Full refund. Less than 14 days but more than 72 hours before the event: 25% refund of the booking price. Within 72 hours of the event: No refund. After the event has started or for non-attendance: No refund. Where possible, you may transfer your place to another person at no additional charge, provided you notify us in advance and the replacement participant meets any applicable age, dietary, safety or participation requirements.
