Category: In-person Duration: 4 days Cuisine type: Varied Class type: Teens Age minimum: 12yrs We offer the option to secure your place with an €80 online deposit, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the workshop begins. Skill level: No cookery experience required Important information: This class is not suitable for those who are intolerant or allergic to wheat or gluten. Our four-day cooking extravaganza promises a delightful culinary journey filled with diverse flavours and hands-on experiences. A general class is as follows: Participants watch a short demo. Prepare their dishes with the skills learned. Enjoy their meal together. Clean down and get ready for home time. Menu for the Week 10-2pm Day 1 -Mexico Fajita with handmade Tortilla+Sauces Street-style Elotes (Corn) Churros with Chocolate dipping sauce Day 2 - Japan Chicken Yakitori . Chicken Ramen bowls Day 3 - Italy Beef Ragu Handmade Pappardelle Chocolate Mousse with Whipped Cream Day 4 - COMFORT SmashBurger + Crispy bacon hasselback potatoes Choux Pastry Buns with Vanilla Pastry Cream WHAT DO THEY NEED TO BRING? Some drinks for each day. Something to tie back long hair. All our recipes can be adapted to suit your teen's dietary requirements. These will be the same recipes as listed, although they will be adapted to suit the attendee with the following taken into account. 1. Vegetarian 2. Halal 3. Vegan 4. Allergies 5. Anything your Teen just can't bear to eat ( within reason, of course!) Please let us know so we can have alternatives ready!

Cancellation Policy
Another Fine Mess – Terms & Conditions 1. Definitions “We”, “us”, “our” = Another Fine Mess Cooking Camp & Workshops. “You”, “your” = the person making the booking. For under-18s, this means the parent/guardian who submits the booking. “Participant” = the person attending the workshop or camp (if under 18, includes their parent/guardian as applicable). 2. Booking & Payment A booking is only confirmed once we have received full payment and a completed registration form. Please check your confirmation invoice immediately. Any errors must be reported within 2 days of receipt. After this, we will try to help, but any costs fall to you unless the error was ours. 3. Cancellations & Changes by Us Itineraries and menus are subject to change and are guides only. Flexibility is required. We will not cancel less than 10 days before an event, unless due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, industrial action, venue loss, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics). If we cancel and cannot offer an alternative, you will receive a full refund. Low enrolment: We require a minimum number of participants to run. If numbers are not met, we may cancel or consolidate the session. If no alternative is offered, a full refund will be issued. 4. Cancellations & Changes by You All changes/cancellations must be requested by email. Refunds: 14+ days before event: Full refund. Within 14 days: 75% non-refundable. Within 72 hours: No refund. After event starts: No refund. Medical cancellations: Full refund with doctor’s note within 3 days; after that, 50%. Covid-related cancellations: No refund within 72h unless we can fill your place. If filled, we will refund you. 5. Participant Responsibilities Adults: Participants must follow staff instructions, respect the space, and behave safely. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund. Under-18s (extra conditions): A completed consent form must be provided. Parents/guardians must be available to collect within 1 hour in case of illness, injury, or behavioural issue. Participants are expected to respect staff, peers, and facilities at all times. Camp hours are strictly 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Mon–Thu. We are not responsible for children outside these hours. 6. Liability We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. weather, strikes, technical failures, pandemics). We will take reasonable care, but you attend at your own risk.
