About This Course

This January, we’re launching our brand new 4-Week Cookery Certificate — an intensive, hands-on program designed to give you a professional foundation in modern cooking.

You’ll spend 4 days a week (Mon–Thu, 10am–4pm) in our Greystones kitchen, immersed in practical training covering essential techniques, global flavours, breads & doughs, and the real business of running a kitchen.

  • Introductory launch price: €2,400 (regular €2,950)

  •  Strictly limited to 8 students for maximum personal attention
